The size of a tallis katan should be a minimum of an amah and a half long (three quarters of an amah in front and three-quarters of an amah in back), by three-quarters of an amah wide (aprox. 36 cm. / 14 inches, by 24 cm. / 9.5 inches). These measurements are not including the opening for the neck.
