The Brachos of Birchos Hatorah must be recited every morning. These brachos should be said with great joy and thankfulness to Hashem for choosing us as His nation, and for presenting us with the Torah. (The first brachah is on the mitzvah of studying the Torah and the second is thanking Hashem for giving us the Torah).
