After reciting Birchos Hatorah, one must immediately recite the P’sukim of Birchas Kohanim, a Mishnah, and a Braisa( this is why we say “Eilu Devarim…”). If one did not say these P’sukim immediately afterwards, one should have in mind to fulfil their obligation with אהבה רבה and study Torah immediately after shacharis. If this is not possible, one should listen to someone else reciting the Brachos. If neither of these solutions are possible, one should recite the Birchos Hatorah again.
