If one finished the Bracha and then within כדי דיבור ( about 2 seconds) said a different ending, for example, one said the Bracha with the intention to end with מלביש ערומים, and ended with מלביש ערומים but within 2 seconds said פוקח עיוורים, this is counted as a Bracha for מלביש ערומים, and one will need to recite a new Bracha for פוקח עיוורים.
