There is a discussion in the poskim whether reciting Birchos Hatorah is an obligation from the Torah or Rabanon. Therefore, one who is in doubt whether they recited the Birchos Hatorah or not, should listen to someone else recite the brachos. If this is not possible, then when they recite אהבה רבה they should have in mind to fulfil their obligation of the brachos with this brachah ( and then one must study Torah immediately after shacharis). If this too is not possible, for example one is alone and would like to learn before shacharis, one should recite only the brachah of אשר בחר בנו. One should pay special attention not to end up in a situation in doubt.
