One who has said ברוך אתה may stop and make any response, and then begin the bracha again. If one  already said the name of Hashem, one may end off by saying למדני חוקיך, then make any response, and then begin again.

If one has already said אשר יצר את האדם but has not said the name of Hashem at the end of the bracha, they may respond to אמן, יהא שמיה רבא וכו’, דאמירן בעלמא ואמרו אמן, ברוך ה’ המברך לעולם ועד, קדוש קדוש וכו’, ברוך כבוד ממקומו, אמן לברכת שומע תפלה והקל הקדוש and the three words מודים אנחנו לך and then begin the bracha again.
