If one is unsure whether they recited the bracha of asher yatzar or not, they should say בריך רחמנא and in their mind think of the name of Hashem and recite the rest of the bracha.

There is a question whether asher yatzar is a ברכת הנהנין or ברכת שבח והודאה and therefore preferable to be recited standing.
