After relieving oneself even one drop of urine or solids, one should wash their hands, and recite the bracha of Asher Yatzar. This bracha should be recited immediately after relieving oneself, however, if one did not do so, the bracha may be recited as long as the person does not feel the need to relieve themselves again.
