One should be careful to clean themselves well (not to get O.C.D. about it), and not wipe with the right hand. Rather, one should use the left hand and refrain from using the middle finger. However, nowadays since we use toilet paper, it is not a sign of disrespect to use the right hand and middle finger of the left hand.
