In a park or at a construction site where there is a portable lavatory, one may not recite a Davar Shebikedushah within four amos of the lavatory walls or if when facing the lavatory it is within their range of vision. However, one is permitted to think in learning as long as one is four amos away from the lavatory, even if it is within their range of vision.
