It is muttar to recite a Davar Shebikedushah in the presence of urine that does not give off a foul odor and has been totally absorbed into a diaper, garment, towel, etc. (that if one were to touch it, one’s hand would not become wet enough to moisten whatever it touches).
One who has an indwelling urinary catheter may recite a Davar Shebikedusha as long as there is no foul odor coming from the urine bag.
