If someone does not have a Minyan for shacharis where he is, the best would be to daven vasikin, at netz. However, sometimes one needs to be at work early and needs to leave before netz, so the next best option is to either start davening at משיכיר, or to daven until Birchas krias shema and at משיכיר put on tefillin and continue Davening from Birchas krias shema.
