One who was awake the whole night should find someone to include them in their  ברכת התורה. However, if one slept during the day for a half an hour in their bed, and then was awake the entire night, they may recite in the morning the ברכת התורה. When hearing the Brachos from someone else, one should say the Pesukim immediately afterwards.
