To our dear Alumni and Friends,
For the past 10-plus years, I’ve been blessed with the pleasure of being part of our shul, Zichron Nosson Tzvi (ZNT), and the zechus to serve as its rav. Baruch Hashem, the shul continues to thrive and grow, and we look forward to moving into a newly renovated location as soon as possible.
Our shul is primarily comprised of young avreichim, all of whom are committed to the continual study of Torah, tefillah and growth in avodas Hashem. The families in our kehillah are growing people who work hard at planting their roots and building their foundations, knowing that, wherever they end up in life, when the roots are strong, the tree is strong. May you continue, with Hashem’s help, to be successful in all you endeavors and have much nachas from your wonderful families!
Much of what I am able to accomplish as a rav is due to what my Rosh Yeshiva, Mashgiach, and outstanding rebbeim have given to me, starting in the Yeshiva of Staten Island under Reb Reuvein Feinstein shlit”a. Later, I was zocheh to continue that journey learning in Yeshiva Toras Moshe from and with Harav Michel Shurkin, shilt”a, who merited being extremely close to the gadol hador, Harav Moshe Feinstein zt”l. Their love for their talmidim and commitment to their continued overall growth are legendary.
It is through the rebbeim, who are so fundamentally connected to our mesorah, that the yeshiva successfully transmits to its talmidim an overwhelming love for the values of Torah and good middos, which is a hallmark of our shul as well.
This year, my wife and I am being honored at the Yeshiva Toras Moshe dinner with their Keser Torah award, something very dear to us. It would be very meaningful to me if you were able to participate in this special event.
There is also a dinner journal being prepared. I can speak from experience how each and every ad is read and appreciated. The dinner and dinner journal are an opportunity for us to strengthen our connection.
The yeshiva dinner is always a highlight of my year. As an opportunity to see my talmidim, it’s a real source of inspiration and chizuk for all of us. This year, I look forward to seeing our shul alumni as well, and to personally greeting you, if you are able to come, on
Sunday, February 16!

May we all be zoche to siyata d’shmaya in whatever we do, and to nachas from our families.
