A few months ago, I announced my decision to scale back my Kashrus involvement and phase out ZNT Kosher. As part of this transition, I would like to inform you that I will no longer be providing a Hechsher to
New York Bake Shop.

The New York Bake Shop continued under my supervision until Pesach and going forward will continue under Rabbi Weinbaum who is the mashgiach of the kitchen at the Mir Yeshiva (for the last 20 years), a Yerei Shamayim.

I recommend and encourage the Kehillah to continue to buy from the New York Bake Shop.
